Renaissance Condos

There are 19 units in each of the four buildings: 535, 545, 555, 565 Rarity Bay Parkway. We commonly refer to each building using a letter designation which is reverse of the street numerical order:

     535 (D-Building), 545 (C-Building), 555 (B-Building), and 565 (A-Building).

General information:

The condo board meets monthly.  The board welcomes residents to attend meetings at the CAC.  The meeting schedules are posted on the bulletin boards near the elevators of each building. The board members can also be found on the bulletin boards.

Your condo board is comprised of seven volunteer directors (condo owners).

Each director is elected for a 2 or 3-year term.  The Board is comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three at-large Directors.

Cedar Management Group is the community association management company.

Tim Sexton is the maintenance person.  He oversees work that is needed and continually works on the exterior of the buildings to keep us apprised of conditions and needs.  He also cleans the hallways, elevators, and stairways of each building.

Landscaping, trash dumpsters, water and sewage, common area electrical, and exterior construction costs are a part of the monthly assessment fee and reserve accounts.

Each condo owner pays their own unit’s electricity, homeowner insurance, Monroe County property taxes, Rarity Bay Country Club fee, Rarity Bay Country Club food minimum, and the Rarity Bay CAI annual fee.

The upkeep and concerns of these buildings are never-ending.  Because we care about the safety and building conditions of each person living here, we have rules and regulations:

-         Renaissance Bylaws and Declaration 1999 to 2011 revised

-         2023 Renaissance at RB Rules & Regulations

-         2023 Renaissance at RB Noncompliance & Penalties

Please let the Board members know of issues or problems so that we can address them.  Current projects include the stucco repair to the front side of D-building, roofing replacement, irrigation systems to maintain lawns and landscaping, parking issues, etc.
