The Community Garden is a beautiful feature of Rarity Bay. Each year residents have the option to rent a space and grow fresh vegetables and flowers. When season is in full swing the gardeners host a weekly Farmer's Market for fellow residents. Residents are invited to visit the market for fresh veggies, flowers, and herbs. Surplus food is donated to Meals on Wheels.

The Community Activity Center (CAC) is located at the entrance of the community and is the home of the RBCAI offices as well as the hub of community activities. Card groups, yoga, and line dancing are just a few of the great events hosted by the residents at the CAC!
